Tickling sensation in leg

I have this tickling sensation ONLY in my right leg - It is infrequent, but it happens atleast a few hours once in several days.

The tickle occurs in the front portion of my right thigh and at my ankle.

I don't have any back pain or pain in the back of my leg. It is a problem only in right leg.

I exercise regularly -both cardio and weight training. My height is 5'4" and weight: 169 lbs.
