I am 28 years old and I stated experiencing involuntary thumb twitching just 2 weeks ago. Im scared of what my diagnosis would be but it bothers me a lot. I dont have any pain its just the twitching that bothers me. Anybody out there who could give me a wise advise?

  • Most problems are simple and not that bad.Think logically about your problem. You might have a trapped nerve, you might be suffering stress, your body might just have got it's nicker in a twist and the more you worry, the worse it may become. It could also be that your body is telling you you have been doing too much and need to take it a bit more easy. The body is good at sorting itself out, especially if you give it a hand. This could be what you do or what you eat.Review your whole body, and see what is right and what is wrong and what could be better. Most probably it is a simple answer and nothing to worry about.Good luck and hope all goes wellTerry
