Okay...for the past year I have had throbbing pain up and down my leg. It radiates up and down my leg from my hip.
I am not unhealthy and I excercize, but this is so painful I sometimes limp when jogging. The pain is in my hip but radiates throughout my leg.
It just popped up one day and I am unsure why.
It often keeps me awake and I have a very hard time getting comfortable. It is a constant radiating pain. Please let me know if you have any ideas.
Could it be from my lower back?
Please note - I have gone to the hospital but am living abroad and they do not speak the best English...they always give muscle relaxants and that is it. It is not the food or anything here, as I had this problem a month before I left from the US.
P.S. - I am only 19 so I am unsure what it could be...not arthritis...maybe sciatic something?
