Hello everyone,

For the past 5 months I have been struggling with Aphthous ulcers (Canker Sores) in my throat and back wall of my neck. I think it was caused to a lot of stress and low immune system as at the time I was traveling with little sleep recording vocals for my bands first album.

I've been to two ENT's and both dont know what it is. I've tested negative for strep throat and have been gargling Hydrochloride (Difflam-C), Salt water, taking lysine Tablets and Zinc. The ENT also suggested spraying beconaise directly onto the ulcer but they are too far down.

I've recently seen a naturopath and for the past 5 days i've been gargling and swalllowing Myrrh which helps kill bacteria. I'm really need some answers as my band needs to release the new album but it hurts to talk let alone sing, I'm wondering whether it could be a food allergy, however the only allergy I have is hayfever.

I have attached an image of inside my mouth below. You can see an usual redness and bumpiness at the back of the throat. Also my toncils look like they have small "holes" in them.

Any suggestion would be really, really appreciated. I want to get my life back!
