Throat Problem

Hey guys please help,

I have had a problem now for a long time where for some reason when I speak or when I sing I can only feel it on the right side of my throat so it's a major problem. Also when I speak, sometime my voice just drops (like when your voice breaks but I'm 24) I have been to an ENT clinic where a camera was put up my nose and down my throat t check my vocal chords etc and nothing was abnormal at all.

This is a big problem for me as I'm a singer and I need my voice to be on form but it's SO temperamental because of this problem. When my voice drops out, it feels like my voice hits a wall and I have to force it through the barrier, then it breaks through and goes either really high or low and really loud...Yet they insist nothing is wrong... :s

Does ANYONE know what it could be?
