This is only effecting the right side (if you were facing me) of my throat, around mid neck. When I swallow, it feels somewhat odd, like something moves (not the adams apple), recently after swallowing, I put my finger on where it felt odd, I pushed on it slightly and something felt like it "popped back in" under my adams apple, however it seems to still come out every time.

Is this normal, or should I be worried?

It used to happen several years ago and today was the 1st time since then. I just woke up this mornng to the feeling of a tiny bone in your throat twists or pops out of place and sticks into the throat muscle. It is very scary and gets worse with any movement whether swallowing talking or turning head. You have to figure out how to pop it back into place which is painful too while trying not to move too much until you can. I was able to pop it back out this morning by looking up a little bit and opening my throat as if saying 'ahh' with mouth closed. Any ideas on what the problem is please share?!
