i've been battling with this for the passed year or so! i'm finally at the end of my rope. i've been experiencing jaw pain with mild nerve irritation in my jaw region coupled with thick phlegm, fluctuating inflamed lymph nodes, and mildly inflamed tonsils. i'd been prescribed antibiotics several different times, though they all seem to help -- they never completely get rid of my issue. i had a dental abscess in my jaw from my wisdom teeth and had them removed last year. the dentist cleaned the area to the best of her knowledge and sealed up the gap to heal and gave me two weeks of amoxicillin. my jaw pain associates with the side of my mouth that the abscess was. i've never had such a difficulty getting rid of something like this before and i'm getting pretty irritated. i just want to know if this is common with this type of situation, and where i should go? ENT? dentist? doctor? someone, anybody -- help. :(Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
