thoracic vertebrae moved to the left... what can i do about it and what is it called?

I've been having back pain just in the area around one of my thoracic vertebrae. I ran my hand down my back to find that it's the only one not in line. I don't know how it happened but it feels like someone hit me with a pipe because the area of pain is so small... I get tight muscle feelings and bad headaches on the right side of my body. Please tell me someone knows something about this. Thankyou...
