Hello.Iam a doctor in turkey.I am 25 years old.My problem is that gas(so frequently) and sometimes brown liquid(like intestine content) is coming out of vagina especially after meals. Also there is sometimes aching pain in my left abdomen.I feel relaxed when I dont eat anything.this problem started 10 years ago but was happening 2 or 3 times in a month but 2 weeks ago ıt started to happen everyday everytime.Colonoscopy is made but no use. This is so bothering and makes me feel terrible.I have just gratuated from faculty this year but now I dont want to go anywhere or see anyone.I feel so shameful when this gas coming happens every moment even while I am walking or in lessons.Icant look at the face of the teacher.I will enter tus(like usml) but my life is blocked.I even thought to suicide.I heard something called gargolismus in girls like this but there wasnt a remedy of this. Can it be a colovaginal fistule? What is the method for the diagnosis and treatment of that?I will be grateful to you ıf you help.Thanks.

  • Not gross-- just life. You very likely need to be scoped for this. Try here http://www.emedicine.com/med/TOPIC2745.HTM

  • Hi, You describe what sounds like a Rectovaginal Fistula. This is a epithelial-lined tract between the rectum and vagina, but you might also have a condition called anovaginal fistulas. This is when the fistula is below the dentate line. Both Crohns disease and Ulcerative colitis is assoisated with this problem. Here are a few good sites that explain: http://www.emedicine.com/med/byname/rectovaginal-fistula.htmhttp://www.mayoclinic.org/vaginal-fistulas/ Hope this helps... Kiera
