I've a relative entered ER today with frequent fainting, ER staff didn't know wht that patient really has, first she's Female 38y checked 2 hospitals and said the problem is psychological, was sent to CBC every thing within normal.
she has these symptoms and signs:
1- Frequent and sudden fainting shock and all recovered accompanied with acute hypotension
4- Patient feeling body pain
5- Patient (when conscious) asking for Valium because she wants to sleep
