i cannot seem to get through this pulling/tingling pain in my right thigh. when i move around it's not as bad, but as soon as i sit down it starts to pull and when i lay down it pulls/tingles. please someone tell me an opinion on what you think is happeneing. i'm a 25y.o female who has played sports for most of my life. thank you so much
