 Hello - My boyfriend Brian has been in the hospital for three days now with an unexplained fever and chills. His fever will break (sweats and all) only to re-spike several hours later with seizure-like chills. He has no other symptoms. They've done an ultrasound on his gallbladder and a CT Scan, which has revealed nothing. His blood comes back fine (slightly elevated white count but nothing alarming) and his urinalysis is fine. So far, his fever has peaked at 105. They've ruled out gallbladder problems, kidney problems and menengitis. His doctor has given us a rather generic diagnosis of "unknown virus". WHAT??? Does anyone have any idea what this could be???Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
