Testicular sack swelling

I have a (what seems to be) a third testicle lately. It is not a testicle, but a "mass" that causes a bulge to my abdomen when it does not drop down into the sack. It does not hurt, and if I press on the bulge in the abdomen, it makes a loud gas grumble with usually a ***t to follow. I believe it is related to the Vas Differens blockage that I have seen before, and prostititis that I have had in the past. I have no problem with the sexual issues, but I am concerned that there may be added blood vessels to the mass and they may be stealing the blood from a full erection or sizing reduction. The bulge in the abdomen is only near the scrotum by the pubic area on one side (the left) and it gets worse with high fat intake such as milk. I had it checked once before when I had it and it was NOT a cyst or tumor and I was given a very small set of red pills and it went away.

  • Sounds almost like an Ingunial Hernia in the pubic area, but the lump in the scrotal sac, thats a new mystery to me. Ive delt with the hernia, some, like mine and maybe yours, are painless. The surgery for it however, is everything but!Well, i hope everything works out for you in the end!

  • Thanks for the help. It sounds that there is two different issues here. Since I've had the lump before and it was related to the vasectomy and was not a tumor, I guess I have it again. Insight on the hernia is great info, thanks...

  • My husband has the type of hernia you mentioned. It is manageable at this point. However, over the past 2-3 months he has gained about an extra 15-20 pounds with no real change in diet or exercise. We were wondering if this might be related to the hernia? Thanks!
