I've had pain in my testicles for 8 months now and still have them. Within this period i've been to the doctors and also had an ultrasound scan. Apparently they didnt find anything, but i still have the pain. 2 or 3 months back, I realised that when sleeping, in an event of having a wet dream, instead of ejaculating, only a tiny amount of sperm came out. Furthermore this tiny amount of sperm was yellowy in colour. Is this a sign of male infertility???
Ive also realised that 'sometimes' the left testicle kind of falls back and changes it position, sometimes 'FACING UPWARDS'.

Plese help!!!
