Testicular/abdominal pain

Since January, I have had the following symptoms off and on:
-Painful urination (gone since February)
-Painful ejaculation (gone since March)
-Weak ejaculation (weak as in non-projectile as it had been my entire life until January... continuing off and on)
-Pain in left testicle (continuing off and on, daily)
-Pain in abdomen (continuing, off and on, daily)

The doctor diagnosed Gonorrhea/chlamydia and gave me antibiotics, which seemed to clear up the painful urination for awhile- though when the tests came back, they showed no sign of with gonorrhea or chlamydia. After two weeks on antibiotics, symptoms were gone.

Two weeks later, everything came back. The doctor then diagnosed Epididymitis, gave me antibiotics, but the symptoms did not go away. Another trip to the doctor, another set of antibiotics, symptoms went away.

Returned for a follow up, doctor extended my prescription for a month, just in case, and the testicular pain returned (no lumps, and some days it's there, some days it's not... sometimes it's intense, sometimes it's not). Then was the abdominal pain and weak ejaculation, all while on the antibiotics.

Doctor then said "It's probably a kidney stone." X-rays showed nothing, and he finally said, "I don't know what to tell you."

Now, I have seen 4 different doctors in 6 visits and I'm running out of options. The days that the testicle pain is intense can be unbearable- all I want to do is sleep. It's obviously affecting my mood- coworkers, friends, everyone has been saying things to me about my irritability/attitude. I don't know what to do...

Any ideas/similar cases would help.

  • You could get a CT of the abdomen/groin area to take a better look incase the x-rays missed something (not sure what you had x-rayed).
