I probably spend about 8 hours a day, three days a week in my snowboarding boots. At the end of each day I get terrible pain in my 4th toe(ring toe). It is a very sharp pain on the bottom of my foot. On the bottom of my toe there is a big bump, towards the front of the toe, right after the joint. It is soft, but when I press on it with my finger it hurts. Taking off my footwear alleviates the pain. Also when I walk barefoot and sometimes in my boots & shoes my toe feels like it pops at the kick in my step. I wear custom insoles in both my snowboarding boots and my shoes.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
