 I have been experiencing many tendon pulls and strains. Sometimes I just wake up and there is a new one. This all started about six months ago and continues to this day.
My meds: Testosterone cream 10%. Valium 15 mg a day
I eat very well. Most food, home made.
I take supplements: B-100, C 1000mg, D3 4000 I.U., Calcuim/Magnesium supplement, Zinc 30 mg, Glucosamine Sulfate 500mg, Omega 3 Fish Oil 3000 mg, Chromium Picolinate 200mg, Vit K 500 mcg, Tart Cherry 1200mg, PB-8 probiotic.
I get at least 3 meals a day that include protien.
I am alergic to milk. I am a 48 year old male. My energy level and mood seem fine.
Any input would be appreciated,
