My heels feel tender....I'm not sure if its a tendon in the bottom of my foot or what. I've been playing tennis lots & I've been doing gymastics too. I thought that taking a break from gym/tennis this week that my feet would feel normal but my heel/tendons are still a little sore. Its been almost a month & they're still sore....although I was playing tennis way more for the months before it started hurting.
I thought it started when I bought some new shoes but I'm not sure.
I guess I'll just wait a few more weeks....I wonder if theres anything I can do to get rid of the tenderness.
