I have been fighting some sort of STD/STI for 6 months.

I can not get a diagnosis and I have heavily posted in Canucks thread regarding burning in the head of the penis.

My symptoms keep changing so I am going to go with my latest discoveries.

1. I pulled back the head of my penis tonight and I gasped as I say these horrible red splotches it almost looked like sores are about to appear but they never do (been tested for HSV 1&2). Red near the center and white around the edges. They made my stomach drop just looking at them. I quickly took a warm shower and low and behold they completely went away. It looked like a brand new penis.

Writing this I just checked again and the penis has red splotches in almost like patches of some sort of growth (without an actual growth) around the head of the penis. It looks like its going to look worse tomorrow, so hopefully I can have more to show my doctor.

2. The foreskin looks greyish, its hard to explain almost like an ashy color. I know foreskins are not most hygienic and I am wondering if something is growing/living in the foreskin and infecting the head of the penis. If its not too late would consider circumcision.

3. Most importantly and I am going to get checked on this tomorrow, I feel like I have been punched in the liver or organ in that area. even moving around it feels like a separate part of the body.

I feel like something bad is going to happen to really soon. Or im worried my liver will spasm while driving and I will crash (has not happened yet, but at this point who knows)

  • Edit a few hours later...As for coming back to the splotchy penis, sure enough after my shower and a few hours everything cleared up and it looks like a perfectly normal looking head of the penis. If a doctor read my above post, he would probably think im crazy or dont really have any symptoms. This process has been going on for months, one day its normal the next it look horrible.

  • If it's just some discoloration, that may be normal. Most men find variation in the color of their penis. It might also be a rash or an allergic reaction to a slight irritation, such as soap or detergent, or chafing from dryness. Try using a first rate penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that contains amino acids and vitamins to help maintain the general health of the penis.
