I have an enlarged prostate and take Flomax for it. This medication has helped me for some time now however I'm noticing more difficulty in starting urination and a weaker flow. I have found several treatments for my condition but none for temporary relief if at some point I find I can't urinate and can't get to a hospital fast enough e.g. Canoe trip. Is there anything I can do to help promote urine flow in an emergency, should I ever get in this situation, and provide temporary relief?
