I have had pain in my upper and lower teeth on my right side for the last 3 weeks. I have also noticed recently spasms in the front of my lower lip. What do you think could be the cause? I had my wisdom teeth taken out 20 years ago so I know that is not the problem. I think maybe I clinch my teeth at night. But typically I do not feel pain in the morning. So I am not sure what the problem is. I went into the dentist in Nov and then there was no signs of cavities. Thanks for your thoughts.
