Tan spots on skin

For about 4 years I have been getting these slightly raised tan spots almost perfect circle on my skin there are apearing everywhere there is no texture change but they kinda look dry but there not my doctor is a retared and ignores me when I request to see a dermatologist I am 20 years old its not contagious and its not sun spots becouse I havent been in the sun for 5 years it hurts my skin and eyes I dont know if this is related to the spots but I an light headed all the time and had migraines sence I was 4 years old and the doctors cant find out why I have migraines or light heaed C,T, scan came back clean. any help or suggestions would help. thanks

  • Could be ringworm, try putting an antifungal cream or spray on it. I've had similar spots and athlete's foot treatment on them makes them go away.
