Just spent last night in the hospital (for the 10th time in 5 years) after waking with a HB of 190 and BP 200/130 for memory.

Had burning sensations across chest and the tops of both arms, burning sensations on the lower legs, stomach ache low and high and bach ache mid to shoulders. A cough that brings up balls of green. They do a Blood test and its fine so the diagnoses is Anxiety... To boot I now have light tinnitus in my head, tried to lie down and sleep but started feeling depressed and got back up... What to do?
