I'm having some issues. It may very well have been brought on by stress, but now it's getting too far. I've suffered 60% hair-loss, every where I'm seen they say take iron, your RBC's look low. I take iron, I still lose hair, it's been 2 years. I've changed and supplemented my diet, I still lose hair. Then I started getting headaches, mirgraines, at least 3-4x a wk. Who can live like that? Then my blood pressure went up 120/85, I'm 28, 5'1", 150lbs and get exercise 2-3x per wk, yeah a little on the heavy side. My doctor puts me on a beta-blocker and that makes me not want to exercise, it makes me tired. The beta-blocker gets rid of the headaches and sometimes lowers my BP, but sometimes it just jumps up randomly to 139/95 and I've been episodes of tachycardia. Just out of the blue. It scares me, then I end up getting severe anxiety attacks throughout the day, wk, month. I'm seeing a cardiologist to rule out some things like Pheo and taking a lipid panel (it was norm a year and a half ago). I have a family Hx of heart disease, father passed away at 34 due to heart complications, his heart was enlarged. What should I do?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
