For the past 3 1/2 weeks I have had one very swollen tonsil, as well as white spots all over both tonsils. They look like tonsil stones and are fairly easy to poke off (I know, I know- but they hurt), but grow back within a few hours. I had a swollen lymph node for about a week before this all started, but that's back to normal now. When it was swollen, it was visible when I moved my neck. I have also had a low-grade fever (99-100) that has been coming and going, a sore throat, and headaches most days. I went to the CVS clinic (I don't have insurance right now) and got a negative strep test.
Any idea what is going on???
