Swollen Tongue

I've a swollen tongue problem for months now. I have been through the stratch allergy test (the one where you get 52 different kinds of allergens tested) and blood work. My blood work had no toxins, and my allergy test had no results. My recent trip to the doctor, he put me on Allegra. I feel less congested with the Allegra but my swollen tongue has not gone down in size.

I'm at a loss of what I should do. I am hoping that someone might have an idea as to what I should do or request to be tested for.
