I am a 19 year old female, my left thyroid gland is swollen and it gets worse at night, the swelling, and at night I also feel like there is something in my throat when I swallow. It has been swollen for a while but I thought it was just a gland until last night when it got a little worse. There was a sharp pain in my throat in that area and it came and went several times before it left for the night.
Some other symptoms that may or may not be related:
Unexplained muscle pain, as if because of overuse.
Minimal muscle weakness in right bicep, and left thigh(front)
Coughing( with a little flem)
Sometimes feels like lungs have something preventing a full good breath(without a lot of effort)
Any help or enlightenment on this would be great, thanks in advance.
