Hi everyone, I am a 23 sexually active female. I'm not on the pill, but I was about a year ago. In 2007 I had a d&c. AA few days ago I started feeling some discomfort in my left pelvic area. It's not painful or debillitating.. Just annoying and obviously worrisome. If I lie down and press down, I can feel something swollen.. Not a bump though, but something tube like. I went by a gyno about two months ago and she did a check up, including an ultrasound and pap smear. Those were normal. She said that the reason for the pain could be some constipation and therefore bowel related.. But the pain is only on my left side and I try going to the bathroom everyday. I'm also get some discomfort in my back, almost directly behind the swollen area. There's no pain on my right side and the pain on my left side comes and goes. I'm contemplating going by another gyno for a second opinion. My boyfriend thinks I should go by a GP though. I also had a UTI about a month ago. Any thoughts??
