I started noting recently, I have im my right palm, at the base the thumb about an inch of a swollen vein (i assume its a vein, it looks blueish). If I simply touch I can feel my pulse (I can see it pulsate also). I noticed first about a month ago when I was driving for a long time, and because of the preasure of the stickshift in the palm of my hand for a few hours, It started aching for a day or two. Usually, it doesnt hurt, but its annoying and if I put preasure I can feel a small pain. I think I may have had this for a few months by now, and it doesnt seem to go away.

Any suggestions on what it may be, and if it may get worse?

-thanks for any feedback :)
