This all started with sinus problems, progressed to a terrible bronchitis. I live in hotels all week - I travel for a living. The bronchitis (the worst I've ever had) resolved with medications, but then about 2 weeks later, overnight my right tonsil was swollen and very sore, along with an enlarged lymph node on the right side of my neck. During that time I had moderate to severe pain on the left side of my body - neck, shoulder, lower back - but that has mostly resolved - there is still some stiffness in my neck. I also had gum pain in my mouth - two different places with some bleeding and white patches - that is now resolved. I took another round of antibiotics and the tonsil problem resolved but the lymph node in my neck is still enlarged. 2 days ago, I developed sternal pain - it's almost as if the ribs that attach to the upper part of my sternum are painful - movement is painful. I have started to bruise very easily but attributed that to the Zantac I take daily. Having hot flushes about 10 or so times a day. Cold intolerance as well. I got a tattoo about 5 or 6 weeks ago - prior to all of this occurring - I can't think of anything else out of the ordinary. I am a fairly healthy person but have a history of asthma and GERD. Can anyone give me some insight into what may be wrong with me? I take Vitamin C and a multivitamin daily, along with Singulair, Zantac, Nasalcrom Nasal Spray. Sometimes, Aleve Cold and Sinus. Finishing up the Keflex today.

  • Have you been tested for Hep C? Lyme Disease and Co Infections? Cold intolerance could be Raynauds, but you say your having hot flashes too. Sounds like there is still an infection someplace.. Bruising I would look into and not assume its from Zantac. See your dr. Good Luck, Dee
