Hello, One month ago I got a girlfriend. We kissed and had sex.

Some time after that something began buzzing in my stomach after eating the meals and I had nausea almost every day. But then it all disappeared.

A few days ago I got fever, headache, very swollen lymph nodes in my neck. I went to the doctor and she touched my stomach near the appendix area. I did not feel pain but it tickled so I jumped on the table. She sent me to the hospital to check if this wasn't appendix, but when the another doctor touched me again, nothing happened.

I got a medicine for infection. Now it's been 7 days and nothing is happening. My stomach does not tickle anymore but my lower right stomach and back feels very stiff, and somethimes I feel like as if something was kicking my stomach from the inside. Lymph nodes are still very swollen, I sweat very much at night. My stomach feels heavy, eating is no longer a pleasurable activity because my stomach feels heavy and I get nausea no matter what I eat. Do you have any idea what could have happened to me?
