Any suggestions? Ive had one for about 7-8 yrs now, it hurt at first but then I got used to it. My doctor never did any blood work but said just to come back if it got any bigger, that was about 5 years ago or so.

  • If you have been tested for mutiple things and the lymphnode is not tender, sore, or etc you can try taking castor oil to reduce its size. However you should always get checked for reasons that may be causing it before you use castor oil. Sometimes lymphnodes will swell during an infedtion or other things and just never reduce back to normal size.

Any suggestions?i've had one for about a year. my doctor said that if it doesn't get bigger or change in any way, it's fine. we can get them during intense periods of stress or illness. at the time i got mine, i had the worst cold of my life and was in school. it hasn't changed so i'm not worried anymore.
