On Tuesday I noticed a bump under my chin, on the right side.It is hard and does not move or hurt. I went to the doctor and he told me it was an infection and that it was cervical adenitis. He did not prescribe anything or run any test, which i think is strange. Everyone says he should of prescribed antibiotics, but he did not(My doctor is not the type to run tests or give meds. I don't think he has ever prescribed me anything and only once has he ran any tests for me, and iv been with him for a long time).
I'm really worried. It's still there, hard, not movable, and not painful! This morning the only thing that did hurt a little is in back(and a little to the side) of where the swollen lymph node is. I have had a bit of a cough, I don't know if this relates to anything. I will be going to the hospital on Monday if it is still there.
