I've had a pea sized knot in my neck down near my collar bone for over year now. I went to my doctor who diagnosed it as a swollen lymph node. The lymph node gets larger and smaller which he said is normal, but every so often it seems to flare up and give me alot of sharp pain through the neck, coller bone, throat, jaw and behind the ear. Are lymph nodes suppose to stick around this long or cause such widespead pain? This is my only sympton and i'm starting to wonder if it's some kind of tumor or mass and not a lymph node. Can anyone help?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
