If I spend too much time in the sun, my hands get tender, tingle, and hurt when you touch them. No, they don't get sunburned; I use sunscreen on my hands constantly to try to protect them. I've spent a lot of time in the sun this week due to being on vacation, and now my right hand is swollen, and has been since last night. Ice doesn't make it go down, and taking ibuprofen doesn't stop the pain. What is causing this? Please help me.

No, I did not injur it, eat anything I haven't eaten before, or used any new medications, lotions, etc.
