Hey there,

About two months ago i suddenly felt the area around my eye (more specifically the lower eye lid and up around the side towards my nose) swell up a great deal- it wasnt painful/itching etc, it just gets inflammed and when i touch it, it seems watery/v.soft inside. This was in my right eye but has since happend on random occasions around both eyes. It usually subsides around 48 hours later.

Doctors ruled out some serious condition but couldnt figure out (didnt try very hard) what else it may be- they just said it was prob an allergic reaction of some kind. Was given anti allergy eye drops (sodium cromoglicate) but i may as well be putting water in my eye 'cause its seems useless unfortunatly.

If anyone has any ideas it would be fab to know. Thanks in advance!
