I have some kind of undiagnosed abdominal hypersensitivity. I am extremely concerned right now. There is VERY complicated. 6 months ago I twisted my ankle and it swelled up big time. All tests showed no bone or ligament damage. The physical therapist said it could take a year to completely heal. I am age 49. But ever since this accident I have not been able to exercise without it hurting my stomach for the next few days or so. It doesn’t make sense. Before this I had a sensitive stomach but at least I could exercise on a treadmill or play Pickleball (racket sport). Before I was forced to quit exercising nearly everything caused my stomach to “tighten” and hurt more and more as I continue taking what ever it was I was trying to take to try to improve these other problems. I have many other problems that I can’t treat because of this bottleneck stomach pain problem. Depression, Insomnia, Social Anxiety, need for 10 hours sleep and many others.
Not only did Vitamins, Amino Acids, Herbs, Anti-Depressants and blood pressure medicines cause this pain in the stomach region (not a reflux problem) but also techniques that should have no side effects like:
Timing my breathing to be slower and deeper to lower blood pressure (Respirate)
A multitude of new age devices and techniques.
As if anything that could help me feel better hurt my stomach.
The low dose of my weak anti-depressant is ok and the probiotic is ok on my stomach.

Daily substances:
I drink about 3 cups of coffee a day.
Take between .25 and .5 Xanax every night for sleep.
Take about 10 mg Dycyclomine every night for sleep.
.56 mg of Ludiomil (and old weak tetracyclic anti-depressant)
one probiotic capsule each morning for IBS/Destension

Other possibly related problems:
Lactose Intolerence
Food Sensitivities (Onions, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Celery, Shellfish, Spinach and more)
Symptoms of this are a little different then the other medication/exercise stomach pain I mentioned above
Bloated Stomach - My stomach is projected and it “feels” and sounds like there is a storm in there.
Constipation IBS
Chronically fatigued

Ever ever heard of anything remotely like this?
Would a neuro-gastroenterologist be useful or possible? Or do I have to be rich?

Well that's enough. Any clues, diagnostic ideas, leads, Studies etc. welcome.
