Sudden severe hearing loss, vertigo, disorientation

I am 19 years old and about a year ago I had Bell's Palsy which went away but caused complete, permanent hearing loss in my right ear. In the last 4 months I have had some pretty severe bouts of vertigo and dizziness (the dizziness has not gone away). And most recently, for at least 2 months I have felt disorientated where I just kinda feel out of it like I cant process things, I can most accurately describe it as being drunk (I dont drink.) I have seen about 10 doctors with no diagnosis. 4 MRI's which have shown inflammation but no cause, and blood tests that were inconclusive. Any other ideas or help?
