Sudden pain in lower chest area while sneezing

Now a days I am getting a sudden pain in my middle chest whenever I am sneezing. The pain lasts for 2 to 3 seconds. stomach is almost feeling like in a filled state.

X ray reported " a few punctate ROD in cardio vascular basal zone, ? vascular calcification ? old granuloma "
But the doctor prescribed only calcium and vitamin C tablets......

It pains whenever I am sneezing...

can it be any thing related to poorly controlled diabetics ? or Is it related to thyroid hormone deficiency ?
