Sudden Leg paralysis

Okay so today I was sitting on my computer when a sudden pain in my throat occured. It felt like something was sliding up the inside of my throat making me want to gag and cough, but their was no breathlessness.
This lasted around 10 minutes, but in the 7th minute I had gotten up to get my lunch, while walking to my kitchen a sudden paralysis came over the bottom half of my body - at least thats what i think it was - somewhere in my lower half of my body my muscles just stopped responding and I found my body in front of my legs, then a sudden spasm kept me up right and I was off again, this lasted just 5 seconds, and I never fell over.

I am only 16 and don't know what this could be, but both symptons I believe must be related.
I also find over the last few months odd pains and aches around my body. In my arms mainly but also bad headaches and stomach pains.

Also this morning I woke and found my face wet, it took a while to take in as I was still in bed but I realised I had either cried in my sleep or slobbered over my pillow (If so it was very thin and not thick saliva).
Although this could be unrelated.

Any ideas?
