I was diagnosed with alopecia areata from my doctor because of stress. I am a 29 year old female and I am losing all of my hair quickly. I have always had healthy thick hair. Now it is so thin that you can see my scalp. Does anyone know what I can do to prevent this from happening??? I have been taking vitamins (B complex, omega 3, biosil and ultra hair plus) but nothing is working it is just getting worse. Any suggestions PLEASE! :confused:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
