I was diagnosed with alopecia areata from my doctor because of stress. I am a 29 year old female and I am losing all of my hair quickly. I have always had healthy thick hair. Now it is so thin that you can see my scalp. Does anyone know what I can do to prevent this from happening??? I have been taking vitamins (B complex, omega 3, biosil and ultra hair plus) but nothing is working it is just getting worse. Any suggestions PLEASE!

  • Hi, I am not a member, but came across your post while surfing the web. I had something similar several years ago and it turned out to be an unbalance of good and bad bacteria my digestive tract. I eliminated all processed foods, sugar, etc. and started taking high doses of probiotics. It didn't take long for things to reverse and my hair was back to it's healthy thick state in no time.
