Here's what happens to me.
Every now and then I start feeling cold (for no particular reason). I feel cold but it feels like my skin is radiating heat. My temperature at that time however is normal, so it feels like a low grade fever but it's not fever. I'll be cold for 10-15 minutes and then will get extremely tired, I just have to lay down and sleep.
I can sleep for a couple of hours, then I'll wake up feeling extremely hot (not sweaty). And still feel like I'm radiating heat... but still no fever.
I used to feel like that when coming down with a cold or with the flu, but now it's happening kinda randomly. My blood sugar levels are normal when it happens as well. Everything seems normal on the thyroid side as well.
I'm not sure what else it could be and It's happening quite often now and I don't know how to make it stop. Any advice will be appreciated!
