Sudden excruciating pain in arms and legs

Well, please help. I am Australian, was travelling through Spain. I was totally fine till this morning. I woke up with IMMENSE pain as follows:

* The wrist side of my arms (wrist to elbow)
* The back side of my legs (**m to knees, excluded)

I felt a little cold. I had the most absurd, pain-filled dreams.

I have been to the same hostel for one week. The bed is comfortable. I can generally sleep anywhere. Today, I came back to Italy, where I have a more comfortable bed and my own place.

Let me try and describe the pain. It's a mixture between bruising and the pain you get when you overstretch or overwork a muscle. I *think* there is fluid, but I am not sure.

The pain is nearly unbearable -- probably 8 out of 10. It becomes sort of bearable if I take two Panamax. My medical history is simple: healthy, strong, with big muscles. I had testicular cancer 4 years ago. Totally healthy otherwuse.

I guess I should go and see a doctor. But, I somehow doubt they will be able to help.
