I was healthy and active till July of 2007.
I woke up in the morning and my right pinky was numb. I thought I just slept wrong. Ran a couple of errands, and went back home. My hand up to my elbo went numb. Then both of my feet up to my knees.
It wasn't long before my entire skin was numb, I couldn't feel my face, my hearing was tunnelld, and I was choking on my tounge, and couldn't swallow.
At the hospital, I lost track of all time, and had a difficult time even answering simple questions, lost bowel control, and began hemmoraging. They kept me for 4 days, did extensive testing from blood tests to CAT scans, MRI, EKG, ect and found nothing. But marked it off as a minor stroke TIA and prescribed me Plavix.
It has been over a year, and I am sick almost daily. The doctors and emergency rooms I have been to cant tell me anything or figure out what is wrong.
Daily: My face, right hand and right foot are numb. To the point I have broken my foot and didnt know for 3 days after. I sleep 12-18 hours in a day. If I do anything fast my heart beats out of my chest and I feel like I cannot breath, My vision gets blurry or I see spots, I don't think clearly, and my memory lapses on simple things like how to brush my teeth or were I am. I get extreme headaches and have become extremely sensative to temperature. There are few days recently I have woken up with my right hand and face swollen, and that is new to me.
Because of my memory, I have started a calander of what I feel like daily so I can give it to the doctors. But they still cant figure it out, and I am tired of being sick......
