i am medical student and yesterday i have a patient who is 4 y/o boy with good condition that complain of maculopapular Rash which may take many forms, but not vesicular , only on the limbs , from 2 weeks ago.erythema & desquamation of anus.migrating arthritis first right knee then left knee and after that right wrist.history of common cold 2 weeks ago but no history of fever .
lab test:wbc=4500,hb=14,ESR,CRP=negative,plt=250,000.
would you please help me?
