Strange type of rash

About a month (or more) ago, I developed a rash which started as dime-size, rounded, and red located on the top of my right foot, back of my left thigh, my right hip, 2 on my left buttock, and 3 on my inner thighs. It was limited to my lower extremities and I would only notice a new one every few days. Just today now, I have noticed 2 more on my inner thighs and I am starting to get freaked out over this. I did see my dr about a month ago when it first started and she said it was some type of eczema, dry skin, but I don't think she is the brightest person on this earth and am worried it might be something more that she hasn't figured out.

I have not requested to see a dermatologist yet because I just noticed the other 2 rashes today and no one is in the office. (The other rashes have not gone away and seem to have grown.) Also, this may mean something or nothing. When I went to see the dr about this rash, I also had an ear infection which was treated first by Levaquin and then by Z-pack. I am assuming if it was a bacterial infection, those meds would have cleared it up?

Any other suggestions?
Thanks for you help!!!!
