I have been having strange symptoms like head rush, dizziness, vision blacking, the room will spin, and this happens when I stand up or move to fast. It doesn't always happen. Also about seven months ago I had an episode where I woke up nauseous and everytime I would exert myself (try to stand up, move around, etc.) I would pass out. I would wake up on the floor after a few second and try to get up. The last time it happened my parents saw me and were extremely worried. After the last one I felt fine, I laid down and wrote it off as an anomaly. I had not been sick any time prior to this either. Now I'm getting all the symptoms of hypoglycemia except I'm losing weight.
I've also had sporadic urinary tract infections since I was about thirteen.
