For the past three years I've been having chronic mouth and nose sores, chronic diarrhea, and a recurring (pretty much constant) yeast infection. These symptoms are as painful as they are embarrassing and I really want to figure them out so I can move on with my life.

I've been to many doctors, none of whom could find anything wrong or offer any advice. My immune system function is consistently normal and my hormones are fine. I also don't have any obvious food allergies. Eliminating lactose and soy has helped some, but has not gotten ride of my symptoms entirely.

I'm really at loss. Does anyone have an idea what this could be or what I can do to treat these symptoms? Any advice or insight would be appreciated.

  • All of those symptoms correlate directly to gluten senstivity. Knock out all gluten and see what happens.

  • If you drink a lot of coffe or tea you must stop. Yeast cause all your problems. You have to restrict food rich in sugar. Echinacea, garlic, onion, horseradish and probiotics - try these .
