My symptoms have increased over the last two years. Recently, I began to have shaking in my head and hands. I have cramping in my feet, legs, torso, and neck. I have gained 20 pounds. I work out 5 days and week and eat very healthy. I should be in fantastic physical shape! After each workout, I should feel invigorated and energized, but instead, I feel exhausted for the rest of the day. I am exhausted all of the time, no matter how much sleep I get. I had an episode last week while walking my dogs where I became nauseous and disoriented. I have had a sore throat and ear since May. Doctor did blood tests and TSH is 1.27, WBC count is 11. He said, "You look good on paper." That was it! Any help out there?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
