I've noticed that during a hot shower my lower belly, right below the belly button on the left center side gets red with large white spots in different sizes, it was like that something has pressed ******n my skin, to see what is it like just press hard your thumb into your arm and you will see what is it like. I couldn't find anything related. It gets lighter after the shower, sometimes disappears faster, sometimes in a couple hours. I tested rubbing ice on the same local, and it gets the same effect. No itchy, no pain, just redness with these white spots just in this area.

I don't know if it is related but I am having very heavy painful periods with excessive large clots, also extremely irregular with a white thin discharges - no odor - during ovulation period.

Please help me. Thank you.

  • perhaps it's a type of fungus on your skin...hard to say. You may want to start by getting an STD screening to make sure you don't have anything. they are free at the county std clinic--the discharge may be normal, however. Next would be a doctor's appt for a physical with a pap. Acupuncture does help a lot with female conditions, but you need to know what is going on.
